Dear Raphael & Emma, Houseman Homes I’ve known you both for several years and we’ve worked together on many occasions which I thank you for. In this time, you’ve sold mums house and this time round a house on behalf of my mother-in-law. 2020 was a challenge for many and during lockdown we had to move Lauren’s nan into full time care. It was a real tough time for all. We put Daphne’s house on the market to afford the full-time care and she unfortunately passed away. 93 years old and I’m pretty sure she wanted to kick my arse. You guys were absolutely first class. From advising us all on not taking certain offers, advising buyers on future planning permission to avoid time wasters, and handling the family during their loss. All of this as well as keeping the buyers informed throughout the probate. Thank you both for this above and beyond service.
