Ferndown were so supportive throughout what was a very difficult process, but credit must go to Charlotte who went above and beyond and listened to all the problems and fears I had and helped in any way she could. Charlotte kept me up to date with every step and did not stop chasing until the house was sold! Charlotte persists and does not give up! So pleased to have had Charlotte selling my house for me!

Being a first time buyer everyone kept saying the whole buying a house process was stressful, especially doing it alone. But my experience has been made so easy by ferndown estates. Communication with Charlotte and John has been perfect throughout. Picked up the keys to my new house today and I was gifted a starter box from ferndown. Would 100% recommend using them.

Viewing the property was friendly and professional, taking Covid restrictions into consideration. Once I decided to progress with the purchase, I was updated regularly and any queries I had were answered immediately. Ferndown now manage the letting of the property for me.
