Being a first time buyer everyone kept saying the whole buying a house process was stressful, especially doing it alone. But my experience has been made so easy by ferndown estates. Communication with Charlotte and John has been perfect throughout. Picked up the keys to my new house today and I was gifted a starter box from ferndown. Would 100% recommend using them.

We had seen two properties with Ferndown and were very impressed with their knowledge of the properties. We had recently sold ours and our estate agent wouldn’t be able to tell potential buyers anything about it because they never asked us! However Ferndown were able to tell me about local schools, amenities and key information about the properties. We met John who we felt wasn’t pushy, but was very knowledgable about the house and local area and gave us time to consider our options. Once we had our offer accepted we then worked with Charlotte who we felt was fantastic and kept us informed of the progress of the whole chain and ensured that we were fully informed. Absolutely fantastic service from all at Ferndown. From meeting Adam when we first viewed the property, to John confirming the next steps once our offer was accepted, to Charlotte then guiding us through the whole way.
