So what a roller-coaster it was for us! From start to finish the whole team at Ferndown were nothing short of amazing! They went above and beyond for us and were always professional all the way through! Ive recently sold through Ferndowns and my sale was messy and a lot of the professionals with a part to play of the chain were even surprised with how bad it got - mainly due to my buyer and solicitors. However Charlotte was amazing with the progression. From the moment she took over looking after my sale she kept me informed, I didn't have to chase her and I can honestly say I don't think she could of done more for us - she went above and beyond, felt like even on a personal level it was important to her.
