Hi Adam, I just wanted to personally thank you for the outstanding job you did selling my mum’s house. For the first six months we had the property on the market with two different agents. In that time we had only three viewings, received very little meaningful feedback, and the only advice we were given was to keep reducing the price – which I didn’t agree with....Communication throughout that period was extremely poor and, to be honest, the whole process felt like a complete shambles. After a short 15-minute call with you, you clearly explained what you felt needed to be done and how you would approach the sale. A day or two later I decided to give Ferndown Estates the opportunity to market the property. We agreed on a price and your words to me were, “I will get this sold.”Within one month we had five viewings, clear and relevant feedback after each one, and shortly after that we had a buyer.
