This is the second time we’ve purchased a property through Ferndown Estates, along with selling our first home this time. We cannot recommend these guys enough. We almost gave up on our onward purchase due to some difficulty with the sellers however if it wasn’t for all the team at Ferndown, especially Charlotte, who has the patience of a saint and would always keep us up to date on the progress we wouldn’t be where we are today. Charlotte really is a credit to the team, she is fantastic at what she does and made us feel like we were her only clients. We couldn’t appreciate Ferndown enough for all they did for us. Ferndown were the agents of a property I bought and completed on yesterday. I have to give a little context before I review; my agents who were selling my property and engaging with, had not contacted me since the start of April, despite me trying to contact and being new to property transactions etc and wanting a little support, so I am so so lucky that Ferndown were there as the selling agent for the property I was buying, else I'd not know a thing! From the moment of sales, Mlak took me straight on under his wing and explained every step of the process outright, taking time and empathy even before my first viewing. This continued throughout, with calls now and then to make sure I knew what part of the process I was at, up until my bid was accepted and he courteously handed me over to Charlotte and the team for the rest of the process. Charlotte made this process so much easier than it could have been throughout. She contacted me almost every week just to make sure I was kept in the loop, passing on information from the full extent of the chain I was in so I never had to sit and wonder what's taking so long. She chased solicitors and information from all parties and did so with professionalism, empathy and understanding. This was so valuable to me and my wife and I can't express just how grateful I am to have had a wonderful team from start to finish, and I can't even say it's what I paid for, as that would have been my selling agent! Ferndown have been amazing. This was my first time buying alone and right from the start the support you get from everyone is just amazing. After sales Charlotte and Enzo were happy to assist with any of my queries, regardless how small they thought they were, but keeping me reassured all the way, even with my wobbles.
