June 26 Hi, I am a returning customer to Ferndown and because Google only allows one review per person per business, I am editing the original quote of two years ago, Well what can I say, I am a Landlord and have used Ian and Adam to sell our latest property via their auction method. If our experience of two years ago was exemplary we have run out of superlatives to describe the process this time. From initial discussion the whole process was superb, clear communication extremely well communicated, by all of the team. There was a very clear pride in the employees for working for Ferndown. The process was so slick, it only lasted a few weeks, in total, 22 working days between sale at auction to completion. Unheard of!!! Particular shout out to Enzo, who went way out of his way to help with the day to day queries, he was superb!! I found the staff at Ferndown very friendly especially Charlotte who was very supportive and always at the end of the phone when needed to answer any questions and kept me well informed throughout, not only with our buyers but all parties further down the chain. The sale took a little longer than expected, through no fault of the estate agents l would add and at one point we did think we would lose the sale, and if l'm honest it was stressful at times but she was always upbeat and reassuring. I would highly recommend this estate agent and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if needed. Thank you especially to Charlotte and the rest of the team.
