Location Location - Stoke Newington

We completed our sale with Location Location (LL) last week. The whole process went incredibly smoothly -- much more than we had expected, and to a point that we were actually a little surprised! We found LL at the first place through a recommendation from a neighbour whom we didn't even know at the time. She told us that LL had completely changed her view of estate agent as being "flashy and dodgy". Having been through the whole process ourselves now, I can totally see where she is coming from and I would happily pass the recommendation on to others in exaclty the same way. Drew was our main agent throughout the sale and has been absolutely wonderful: knowledgable, approachly and always extremely helpful. We also had help from Osh, Amanda and others in the team along the way, and everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. They really took care of the whole process, from big things like finding us the right buyer to all the little things that come up during the long process of a property sale. The only shame is that we are now moving out of the area and LL is a local firm! If you need to do anything with your property and you're lucky enough to be within their area, I would wholeheartedly recommend getting in touch with them.

We sold and then bought through location location and were impressed by their knowledge of the market, clear and unpushy communication and support throughout the process. Lauretta was particularly helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible.

Great experience from start to finish! Megan was super helpful with scheduling, and our doors were repaired in just a couple of weeks. The contractors were professional, efficient, and friendly.

Jaz is super friendly and extremely professional, which is an excellent combination for an estate agent. Whether acting as a point of contact for a tenancy or advising on processes and considerations for lettings, he is extremely straight forward and knowledgable and easy and great to deal with. 10/10

Swift and thorough property management from my Property Manager Megan.

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent than Peter. He was brilliant throughout the sale of our house and also went above and beyond helping us secure our new home. He was always at the end of the phone when we needed him, and there were countless voice notes between us as things unfolded. Peter extensive experience allowed him to be one step ahead of the process and to help us find the right buyers for our situation (we had multiple offers). He and Osh were thoughtful of the disruption of showing multiple families round our home and giving us feedback straight away so we felt in the loop. One of the things we appreciated most was how Peter took the time to go through the selling strategy and didn't just come in with the highest expected asking price to woo us but was honest and candid (throughout the entire process). Peter was also a huge help to us when navigating + securing our onward house purchase (which was much more turbulent than selling!) Buying and selling a house is never straightforward, but having Peter alongside us made a huge difference. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him (& have done). Osh was also a great help and support when Peter was on holiday and Lauretta to help keep things moving. This is the second time we've worked with Location Location as well as my sister-in-law and countless friends I've recommended them too. They're a great team, and Peter is excellent.

How do I even begin! Anna, Lauretta, Drew and the team have been absolute superstars(!!) when selling my place in Leyton. After 2 buyers pulled out from a different estate agent, I reached out to Location Location for their help and they absolutely saved my life! Anna is super knowledgeable about the property market and makes the whole listing process a complete breeze, so lovely, friendly and supportive throughout, while Lauretta’s work on progressing the sale was incredible and she put so much hard work in with both myself and my buyers to make it happen. I could not recommend these guys more and will always come back to them for any advice or buying/selling in the future.

Jazz and Kristina have been great and so helpful, they found us tenants very quickly and the whole process has been very smooth. Would highly recommend

Peter and Lauretta were amazing. They handled a very delicate property sale with professionalism and great sensitivity. Despite some challenges, they persevered and saw the sale through to a successful completion. I would thoroughly recommend.

Location Location were great! We'd thoroughly recommend them. Peter knew the market very well in terms of price and appetite and was responsive and supportive, and Lauretta was so helpful pushing through the sale. The whole process was made so easy and fast because of them. Thank you!
