We've recently moved into a rental managed by Location Location and the team have been really speedy and helpful during the whole process. We had a few hiccups, especially with the maintenance of the property, but Megan was on it with helping us get things sorted as quickly as possible. I'd recommend them for sure. And a shout-out to Kristina for helping us find our new place!

Location Location have been fab throughout our recent purchase! From the outset, the team were super friendly, approachable, and really understanding - which made the whole experience feel far less stressful than expected!
Lauretta and Peter have been brilliant; always quick to respond, proactive in keeping things moving, and genuinely felt like they had our back at every stage. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
Would highly recommend! 🙂

The team at Location Location went above and beyond during the sale of our property. From thoughtfully arranging viewings around our schedule to even helping assemble a key piece of furniture! (Shout out Tim!) We particularly liked their Street app, which allowed us to view all potential buyers, their buying positions & viewing feedback in one place. It’s almost hard to write a review as there as too many good things to say!!
Our sale fell through at one point and we genuinely never worried as we were so confident in the teams’ ability to find another buyer and get us through to the end stage, which they did.
Peter May was our agent and communicated with us the whole way through, ensuring we were never left in the dark at any stage. I have since recommended Location Location to many friends and would absolutely sell our next property through them with complete confidence.

Selling our property with Location Location was an absolute pleasure. Peter's extensive knowledge of the local area and market means the sale was approached with a clear, tried and tested strategy to achieve the best offer. Location Location take a personal approach keeping you updated along the way, and Lauretta made the sale process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I have also been on the buyer side previously and the experience was just as good. Highly recommend all round!

Cannot rate our experience with Location Loaction more highly. We managed to get to know most of the team through scores of viewings and liked them so much that we ended up swapping our previous agents for Location Location to sell our flat as well. Buying and selling property in the UK is an absolute nightmare, but they consistently made it a more human and enjoyable experience. Look no further, you've found the best agents in town!

We spent almost a year searching for a house and just wish we’d met the team at Location Location earlier in our journey. The London house-buying process teaches you, very early, to be suspicious of estate agents. But then Location Location aren’t regular estate agents and we had to unlearn everything. Peter, Lauretta, Ella and the rest of the team were fantastic. They were proactive, communicative, friendly and made the entire process stress-free. Navigating the London property market can be incredibly draining, but dealing with Peter, Lauretta and Ella was a breath of fresh air. They managed to strike the perfect balance between efficiency and a genuine, personal touch. We never felt like just another transaction; instead, we felt supported throughout the entire process.
