Very grateful for all the hard work from Michael, Sam, and the JLL Greenwich team. Selling flats is not easy in the current environment, and we relied on their advice and professionalism to get it over the line. We had previously been with Dexters, and had had a negative experience overall. The switch to JLL was like night and day: we felt like we were speaking to smart, honest professionals who would give us the real message, whether it was good or bad news. With Dexters every viewing seemed to "go really well" and every buyer was "coming in hot", and yet we got no offers. With JLL the message was much more moderate: we heard more about buyers' hesitations and got a truer sense of the overall tone, and yet we ended up with two offers and ended up getting the flat sold. Michael and Sam are good, honest, smart people who helped us to sell a flat in a difficult market, and I would thoroughly recommend them to people in a similar position.

We recently sold a flat through Location Location and the process was extremely efficient and fairly head ache free which is unheard of in the real estate industry. Tim Kearney and Drew Elias-Christosomou kicked started the process for us in the best way possible. Later on Lauretta Caulfield helped us navigate the progress of the sale extremely diligently which led to a chain move happen in less than 3 months. Unheard of again. Huge kudos to the team at Location Location. Very kind and efficient all round. We would definitely use them again.

If there was an option for 7 stars, I would choose it. The best experience of selling and buying a property I've ever had. I've now sold two properties with Location and Location, and one purchase, and I keep recommending them to anyone who asks. It's almost like Location Location are operating in a different field from 'normal' level estate agents. Data driven at the front end: they tested the market with their extensive contacts book and found the right guide price. Anna Takou, leading the team, produced an incredibly pro video tour of the house, drone included(!!) which absolutely showed it in its best light. Anna then also judged the price point and demand so well for my main sale that we never even had to launch - I sold off market. The app platform to show you viewing activity, feedback, offers and so on, is fab. All the things you want to know in one place. UX is top drawer: the data and the use of tech is super modern and works like clockwork But ultimately, the reason this review is so glowing is the people. The team was led by Anna, ably supported by a range of the team including Tim and Ella, and then for implementation, Lauretta. Anna is the queen of strategy and of the psychology of extracting the best offers. Her skillset in dealing with buyers is absolutely unmatched. Phenomenal. She knows what they will think before they do! The support I then got through the ensuing process was first rate. Selling a house is always stressful. There were significant personal and background factors that made this a particularly tough one for me. The whole team, led on the sales progression by Lauretta, kept the pressure up where it was needed (which it really was). Anna provided an outlet for my rants when that was needed too! We had some major stumbling blocks that could have derailed the whole process, but with their agility and responsiveness, we kept it all together.
