I was lucky enough to have Tim’s support recently while viewing several homes and eventually making an offer on one. Throughout the entire process, Tim was absolutely fantastic! His knowledge was expansive, and he had clear & prompt answers to literally every question I asked. It was obvious he has a great relationship with both his colleagues and the sellers, which made scheduling and attending viewings incredibly smooth and genuinely enjoyable. His understanding of the market was also invaluable—he guided me on what to expect at each stage of the search and helped me feel super informed. He's honestly a 5-star estate agent. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I have been working with the letting team at Location Location for just over 2 years now- first to find somewhere to rent and then to manage my own property when I became a landlord. Jazz has always been super helpful, for example when it came to working out the best contract for me and potential tenants and especially because I was new to the process. He and the rest of the team are really friendly, professional and get back to queries promptly. I have had no problems with Location managing the property, and neither have my tenants.

Location location have been really friendly and easy to work with. Jazz especially, and Adam too, were helpful with any questions or worries before and during the short let rental process of my flat. And the whole experience from start to finish went smoothly, including the respectful tenants they found for me. Would definitely use them again.
