Location Location - Stoke Newington

“Really satisfied with everything. Great communication and excellent quality service.”

When looking for a flat, I had Dovile and Bruna help out with the process. They were easy to work with, super helpful with all the questions I had, and sccomodating to my requests! Would definitely recommend working with them if you are looking for a place in SE.

I’ve sold a few properties and dealt with a lot of agents, and Location Location Estate Agents are by far the best I’ve worked with. Peter (Sales Director) came in with a clear strategy and gave a completely honest, no-BS valuation. Other agents priced the property higher, but it would have stalled the sale, Peter got it right. He’s responsive, respectful, and just a genuinely good person to deal with. Lauretta was also incredible. She handled the sales progression and worked relentlessly with the buyers to get everything over the line in a tight timeframe. Always available, always on it, and I felt properly listened to throughout. The whole team was efficient and easy to work with. If you’re selling in N16, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They’re not the cheapest, but you absolutely get what you pay for.

We had a fantastic experience with Location Location from start to finish. We listed our property just before going away, so we were a little concerned about managing everything remotely, but they handled all the viewings and kept the entire process running smoothly. They were incredibly accommodating with our schedule and always kept us informed, which gave us real peace of mind. Every member of staff we dealt with — especially Anna, Lauretta and Drew — was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. We’re really grateful for how easy they made the whole process and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Outstanding experience with Michael Chu. He was proactive, communicative, and kept everything moving smoothly, despite some bumps in the road. Easily the best estate agent we’ve worked with! Wish we had found him sooner!

We had an excellent experience buying through Location Location. The process itself was complex at times, but the team, especially Lauretta, went above and beyond to help us get it over the line. Lauretta kept us consistently updated, stepped in to move things along with other parties, and made a stressful experience feel far more manageable. We really appreciated her insight and positive attitude throughout. Ella, who assisted us with viewings, was also fantastic. Highly recommend working with Location Location if you are buying. Thank you again to the team.

Jazz & Kristina both very helpful. Would recommend.

I've been renting my place through Location Location for the last 5+ years and I have always received an excellent service. Adam and Kristina have been great. Fast to respond to any concerns and always on the ball in terms of changes needed etc. I feel in safe hands.

Location Location are a dream estate agent. Firstly, we had an amazing experience with Drew, who went out of his way to find us a property we truly loved. He took the time to get to know us and understand exactly what we were looking for, then showed us a range of beautiful homes - we were genuinely spoilt for choice. He was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process, from searching to making offers, always ensuring we understood what was required of us at every stage. He's such a force for good - exactly the person you want around when you're house hunting! We then had an equally fantastic experience with Lauretta. Once our offer was accepted, she managed everything between the solicitors and the rest of the chain, making sure all the pieces stayed connected and that the process always made sense to us. She did an outstanding job of bringing everyone together and ensuring the exchange went through smoothly. Would 100% recommend Location Location to anyone looking for a first class estate agents.

Looking to rent a home is always a stressful process and I am so glad I walked into Location Location's office and met Jas who assured me he had found a home which was perfect for me and my family. Kristina and Jas support us through the process, keeping us updated and being patient with our many queries. They have a really helpful viewing booking system which is easy to use. I think landlords can be confident in using their services. On another note, they have a really nice office space( which transforms during Christmas) with a lovely approach to clients.
