Having used LocationLocation to find tenants for the last 17 years and recently to successfully find a buyer for my flat I can throughly recommend using them. I was kept fully informed by Osh and Drew while a buyer was found and they responded promptly to any requests. As my flat was unoccupied they were both very helpful as I couldn’t visit quickly and easily. Once I’d accepted an offer Lauretta Caulfield in Sales Progression was an invaluable source at liaising between solicitors and the buyer. I haven’t had this experience before and it made the whole process so much easier. She was so professional and I felt that I was in very safe hands. She really went above and beyond to keep my sale on track.

Thanks for organising Santa’s grotto! The children (and parents!) had a lovely time. And it’s really nice to be part of the neighbourhood.

Always reliable and communicative. Have rented my flat out with location location for some years now and really happy with the property management team and also the initial rental process was really great. I can’t imagine getting much better service elsewhere
