We completed our sale with Location Location (LL) last week. The whole process went incredibly smoothly -- much more than we had expected, and to a point that we were actually a little surprised! We found LL at the first place through a recommendation from a neighbour whom we didn't even know at the time. She told us that LL had completely changed her view of estate agent as being "flashy and dodgy". Having been through the whole process ourselves now, I can totally see where she is coming from and I would happily pass the recommendation on to others in exaclty the same way. Drew was our main agent throughout the sale and has been absolutely wonderful: knowledgable, approachly and always extremely helpful. We also had help from Osh, Amanda and others in the team along the way, and everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. They really took care of the whole process, from big things like finding us the right buyer to all the little things that come up during the long process of a property sale. The only shame is that we are now moving out of the area and LL is a local firm! If you need to do anything with your property and you're lucky enough to be within their area, I would wholeheartedly recommend getting in touch with them.
