I had a wonderful experience working with Kristina. She truly went above and beyond helping me understand not just the flat in question but the broader neighborhood and London lettings market. I will absolutely work with her again 10/10.

Peter actually sold us our house five years ago and was a huge help at the time, so it felt very fitting that he has now helped us sell the property again.
Peter, Lauretta and Ella were absolutely amazing throughout. They really looked after us, guided us through the process and secured us a great result. We felt in very safe hands from start to finish.
I would happily recommend them and very much hope to work with them again one day.

As a first time buyer the process of purchasing my first property was completely new for me.
From my first viewing all the was to completion LL were very knowledgeable and always approachable. I had the pleasure of working with Osh, Drew and Lauretta all of whom were very professional and super responsive through all communication channels. The team made a daunting process feel stress free by being proactive with constant updates.
There was even a lovely bow tied on my brand new door on the day of completion which was a lovely touch.
Would definitely recommend LL for anyone buying in the area.

A really well-drilled, expert and friendly team. I had an exceptionally efficient and reassuring housebuying experience (as a first-time buyer), with instant access to the team and informed guidance throughout.
Anna in particular helped oversee the entire process and supported by Ella, Oisin and Lauretta, formed a brilliant team.
And on a personal note, they are all super warm, genuine, friendly and positive to deal with - which really sets them above and made it a really supportive experience throughout, right up to picking up my keys - so I can see how this would be of real benefit and reassurance to a seller too.
A big cheers to an excellent team and a job well done.

In 2025 we moved to a new property, and wanted to get our old one ready to rent out. We have used Location Location as the letting agents for the property, in their 'Managed and Protected' package. They have been incredibly supportive as we got the property ready, and managed all the arrangements for securing tenants. The team are very responsive, reliable and friendly. So far we are very happy with the arrangement, which brings us peace of mind in the management of the property. Thank you Location Location team!

We’ve had a really positive experience renting through Location Location. As a young family, it felt like many agents would have overlooked us, but Kristina took a chance on us and we’re so grateful she did! Since then they’ve been great — friendly, helpful, responsive, and genuinely easy to deal with. Definitely not your stereotypical estate agent! We've loved living in one of their properties, so would happily recommend them to anyone looking to rent.
