Great estate agent, very helpful and friendly with quick communication. We recently purchased through them, we were shown round the property by Drew, who was super friendly and really knowledgable (which in London, is rarer than it should be). The process was then dealt with by Ella and Lauretta, both very communicative and really pushed to keep the process moving quickly, nudging solicitors and answering questions very efficiently. I have been working with the letting team at Location Location for just over 2 years now- first to find somewhere to rent and then to manage my own property when I became a landlord. Jazz has always been super helpful, for example when it came to working out the best contract for me and potential tenants and especially because I was new to the process. He and the rest of the team are really friendly, professional and get back to queries promptly. I have had no problems with Location managing the property, and neither have my tenants.

The whole team at LL was incredibly communicative throughout the sale of my flat and quick on their feet. Even as the first sale fell through they really did pull together to get me another buyer quick enough so I wouldn’t lose my ongoing purchase. As a seller, I have also noticed how buyer friendly they are, making sure that despite constricted turn-around times buyers are still getting their second viewings before they put an offer in. After seeing a shift from small independent estate agents like LL to stop bidding wars and gazumping I am curious to see what they’ll come up with and put in practice to try and stop gazundering too and the pressures they put on legislators to help make the home-buying process in the UK more ethical and less cut-throat for buyers and sellers alike. As an American, buying a house in the UK ha always been explained to me as one of the most arduous and irritating experiences you can be apart. Complexity, process, red tape you name it. Thankfully Location Location have been fantastic throughout the process of securing us our new home.
