So unprofessional I am amazed they are still trading. Would not recommend this Estate Agents for anything, do not even bother to try and buy, rent or sell through these, 100% they will lie and deceive you. Found them to be very unprofessional, underhand and extremely rude. Sellers/buyers/renters need to be aware of how deceiving they are.

I have been chasing them for two weeks. They are very slow and don't bother to acknowledge emails. I have to keep calling them to pursue them or get an update. Very annoying and inconvenience.

Had several issues dealing with them called to tey to rectify, was promises a call back. Nothing! Went in branch asking to speak to a manager ... no manager available was promised one would get in touch. Still nothing. Dont seem to take data protection very seriously!

Shame that you cant actually give 0 stars. I was a prospective Tenant of this Estate Agents. Very quick to take your deposit but no intention to give it back. Watch out people, do not rush to pay them any Deposits. You will not get it back …
