I have been chasing them for two weeks. They are very slow and don't bother to acknowledge emails. I have to keep calling them to pursue them or get an update. Very annoying and inconvenience.

Had several issues dealing with them called to tey to rectify, was promises a call back. Nothing! Went in branch asking to speak to a manager ... no manager available was promised one would get in touch. Still nothing. Dont seem to take data protection very seriously!

Shame that you cant actually give 0 stars. I was a prospective Tenant of this Estate Agents. Very quick to take your deposit but no intention to give it back. Watch out people, do not rush to pay them any Deposits. You will not get it back …
