House SSTC in a short time which was great. However only recieved feedback from one viewing. They asked us to move out as someone else in the chain wanted to move quick. Free EPC was part of the deal but I had to fight to get this done. My emails were not responded to for days nor were emails from the upper chains agent Chain broke and we were not made aware. Were told to leave all keys in the property as they had a key from the viewings to give to the new owner. On completion recieved a call to ask for keys as they had lost the key to give to the new owner Wouldn't use Connells again

Aboustley shocking wouldn't use.the staff and the manager where so unhelpful. Never kept me in the loop.had to get a solicitor involved

However, please be assured you were not ignored at any stage – we simply directed you to the correct channel for communication. The surveyor would have been from an external company, not our own, and I’m sorry if you thought we were not helpful. Ben and the Pudsey team.
