Drivers and Norris

Will get everything wrong possible. Very unhelpful and very unprofessional.

…

The woman on the phone was incredibly rude. Maybe hire people who have better people skills. Safe to say won’t be using this agency again :)

Horrendous. We didn't have hot water for a month and they didn't care. Avoid like the plague.

They cancelled a viewing 1 hour before the scheduled time, didn't justify and said that they would call me back and didn't.

Incapable of showing up on time for appointments with no notification. I recommend this agency only to people who don't value their time or believe in unicorns and five-star reviews here.

Very disappointed at the level of compassion and service. Never around to discuss urgent matters, took forever to respond to emails and often arrogant attitude by certain staff members who made my family feel anxious and made the whole experience frankly difficult and stressful.

Left our house leaking for two years and now we've moved out, still haven't returned our deposit 3 months later. Utterly dreadful. AVOID AS A TENANT.

Very disappointed with the service, we made such a long journey to view the property, but agent told us that it is let when we were already near the doors. Despite this, they sent us a reminder half an hour in advance 🤦‍♂️ …

Rude staff who always park in my flat parking spot blocking others in. To top it off they have no issues swearing in front of my toddler as they leave there.
