Poor communication levels in every aspect since they bought out Reliable homes. not happy and its a pain to get anyone to reply to a call or email. 1 un happy landlord!

Agent did not show up! I have phoned the agency and they said that the Agent was on the way. Nobody attended! Unprofessionals and liars! They could at least phone me but nothing. Reliable?

Very unorganised and unprofessional in my experience. I went to a viewing - waited around for 30mins no one showed up or notified me. No apology from the agent that didn’t show up.
