Incapable of showing up on time for appointments with no notification. I recommend this agency only to people who don't value their time or believe in unicorns and five-star reviews here.

The woman on the phone was incredibly rude. Maybe hire people who have better people skills. Safe to say won’t be using this agency again :)

Horrendous. We didn't have hot water for a month and they didn't care. Avoid like the plague.

They cancelled a viewing 1 hour before the scheduled time, didn't justify and said that they would call me back and didn't.

Very disappointed at the level of compassion and service. Never around to discuss urgent matters, took forever to respond to emails and often arrogant attitude by certain staff members who made my family feel anxious and made the whole experience frankly difficult and stressful.

Left our house leaking for two years and now we've moved out, still haven't returned our deposit 3 months later. Utterly dreadful. AVOID AS A TENANT.
