We are extremely happy with the service we received and would highly recommend Base Property Specialists to anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting agent. Thank you Lauren, Jay and the whole Base Property Specialists team! 👏⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a really great experience with Base Property Specialists. We rented through them for over two years, and the whole experience was very smooth from start to finish. The team were always helpful, professional and easy to communicate with, whether it was during move-in, day-to-day property management, or when we eventually moved out. I also really appreciate that even after our tenancy had ended, they were still willing to help me with an important letter/document that might have been sent to the property, and kindly followed up with the current occupier for me. That level of aftercare really means a lot. Their properties are also very unique and well selected, with a lot more character than many standard rental listings in London. Overall, I’m very grateful for their support and would definitely recommend Base Property Specialists to anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful agency.

I have been with base as a landlord for over 15 years. In all those years, base has given me several reasons to trust them 100% with my property. The staff at base are very knowledgeable, efficient and polite. They provide me with thorough professional advice and are quick to source quality tenants when needed. Indeed, base has given me real peace of mind since they started managing my property. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who needs their services. base is the best!

The only choice when it comes to letting agents.

I am fortunate to have Base Properties manage my London portfolio. I have the pleasure of having An Decker as my main contact - intended or not. An is always very professional and helpful. I see An as a trusted partner that helps me manage my portfolio in an efficient manner. No task is too big or too small. She provides the superior customer experience we all aspire to give ourselves. Long may it continue.

I would like to share my appreciation for the outstanding service and efficiency throughout my letting process. Honestly, the best I have experienced so far. The entire process was incredibly smooth and well-organised: • 14 July – Requested a viewing • 15 July – Viewing arranged promptly • 16 July – Landlord screening completed • 17 July – Offer accepted, and documents submitted the same afternoon • 21 July – All documents signed and payments completed • 4 August – Successfully moved in Everything progressed quickly yet clearly, and the communication was active and consistent at every stage, which made the experience completely stress-free. What stands out even more is the ongoing support after moving in. Whenever I raise any issues or concerns, the team responds almost immediately, and in most cases, someone is arranged to attend within 24 hours. This level of responsiveness and efficiency is truly impressive and gives great peace of mind as a tenant. Thank you for such a professional and seamless experience.
