The team were always helpful, professional and easy to communicate with, whether it was during move-in, day-to-day property management, or when we eventually moved out. I also really appreciate that even after our tenancy had ended, they were still willing to help me with an important letter/document that might have been sent to the property, and kindly followed up with the current occupier for me. That level of aftercare really means a lot. Their properties are also very unique and well selected, with a lot more character than many standard rental listings in London.
