Base Property Specialists

We’re incredibly grateful to Base Agency Specialists for making our entire tenancy such a smooth and positive experience. From day one, the team has been nothing but professional, efficient, and genuinely caring. I want to especially thank Tristan, Bobbie, Lauren & Holly for being so, so responsive every step of the way — your support truly made all the difference. No matter the issue, big or small, everything was handled quickly and transparently, and we always felt like we were in safe hands. It’s rare to find an agency that communicates so clearly and consistently while also treating tenants with warmth and respect. Thank you for everything — we truly appreciate it. Wishing your team a continued success!

Outstanding Property Management for 15 Years – Highly Recommend! I have had my property managed by Base for the past 15 years, and their service has been nothing short of exceptional. An and Terence have both gone above and beyond to ensure that my experience as a landlord has been seamless and stress-free. An has been absolutely fantastic—always responsive, proactive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She has kept me fully informed at every stage, providing invaluable advice when I was navigating the selling process. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication make her an outstanding property manager, and I truly appreciate all her hard work. Terence is equally fantastic—efficient, communicative, and quick to address any maintenance issues. His proactive approach ensures everything runs smoothly, giving me complete peace of mind that my property is in excellent hands. If you’re looking for a property management team that truly cares, delivers top-tier service, and makes property ownership hassle-free, I cannot recommend Base highly enough. Thank you, An and Terence, for your outstanding support over the years!

Another amazing year working with Base. Such an outstanding company of people. They are well organized, with clear and quick communication. I am a landlord living abroad and have full trust in them managing my property in London, which they do pretty seamlessly. I feel very lucky to have found them.
