I am very delighted to write about Base P.S. I have been searching for a place in affordable price to rent. Base gave me that opportunity. They are both professional and sincere. They responded promptly. I mistakenly paid deposit to their direct bank account, and money was stuck as it was chirstmas holiday. An responded despite her holiday and assured that they got money. Really amazing experience with them. So, I will recommend them to others.

I am really happy with their service. All the staff members are helpful. They responded as soon as possible. My husband accidentally paid the deposit directly to the bank account before Christmas holiday, so the money was stuck, I was worried about it, but they ensured nothing to worry. One of the team members, An she was in holiday, despite this she emailed me writing all the details and assured that money had gotten. So, I think they are both professional and sincere.

Base Property Services have been my managing agents for my rental flat for 5 years and i highly recommend them. As a tenant they are a great liaison between myself and landlord. Nothing is too much trouble & on the rare occasion a problem arises they are always prompt to respond and deal with any issue. I used BASE previously for 5years on a rental property and on my current tenancy (which commenced just after ‘lockdown’ ) i literally docusigned & had the keys within 24hrs which is an incredible achievement & shows how efficient they are as a company.

What stands out even more is the ongoing support after moving in. Whenever I raise any issues or concerns, the team responds almost immediately, and in most cases, someone is arranged to attend within 24 hours. This level of responsiveness and efficiency is truly impressive and gives great peace of mind as a tenant. Thank you for such a professional and seamless experience.
