Base Property Specialists

An Deckers, from base property specialists, is one step ahead in all aspects of our flat management. She is efficient and trustworthy and takes good care of our tenants, and us, the landlords. We love working with her !

I am very delighted to write about Base P.S. I have been searching for a place in affordable price to rent. Base gave me that opportunity. They are both professional and sincere. They responded promptly. I mistakenly paid deposit to their direct bank account, and money was stuck as it was chirstmas holiday. An responded despite her holiday and assured that they got money. Really amazing experience with them. So, I will recommend them to others.

Base Property Services have been my managing agents for my rental flat for 5 years and i highly recommend them. As a tenant they are a great liaison between myself and landlord. Nothing is too much trouble & on the rare occasion a problem arises they are always prompt to respond and deal with any issue. I used BASE previously for 5years on a rental property and on my current tenancy (which commenced just after ‘lockdown’ ) i literally docusigned & had the keys within 24hrs which is an incredible achievement & shows how efficient they are as a company.

Base Properties go above and beyond their remit. They are there when you need them when there is a problem, which is what sets them apart from other agents.

Base are fantastic. Always deal with any issues promptly and always keep us updated. Renting through Base has been a great experience and stress free,

As a landlord, I highly recommend Base Property Specialists. Their all-round services, attentiveness, and professionalism have consistently exceeded my expectations. They provide excellent support and expertise, making property management seamless and stress-free.
