Best property manager we have work with so far. We are overseas landlord and this company and their experienced staff met all our expectations and are on top of any issues that can arise. Very happy with their service

I am really happy with their service. All the staff members are helpful. They responded as soon as possible. My husband accidentally paid the deposit directly to the bank account before Christmas holiday, so the money was stuck, I was worried about it, but they ensured nothing to worry. One of the team members, An she was in holiday, despite this she emailed me writing all the details and assured that money had gotten. So, I think they are both professional and sincere.

Reply from Base Property Specialists: Fatema thanks so much for taking the time to post a proper review. The experience our residents have renting with us is so important so we’re delighted to hear how happy you are.

Working with Base has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. They’re genuinely one of the best estate agencies in London - and I've dealt with a few. An and her incredibly professional team made every step smooth, transparent, and surprisingly enjoyable. Their communication was excellent, their expertise was clear, and their commitment to great service really stood out. It was a pleasure dealing with them, and I would 100% recommend Base to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly, and highly competent agency in London.

Reply from Base Property Specialists: Wow Enrique what a review! Thanks for posting this and taking time to set out why we got your 5 star rating. It’s hugely important to us to delight as many people as we can- when renting can so often be very different. Thank you so much!

The team at Base are by far the best estate agency I've had the pleasure of renting from. Lauren Potter went above and beyond for our site visit. I couldn't recommend a kinder and more collaborative agency to rent via.

Reply from Base Property Specialists: Molly thanks so much for taking your time to post this, the experience our residents have renting with us is so important and it’s fantastic to hear we’ve delivered another fab service.
