Superb and friendly service...never a problem with Base, only solutions!

I love working with Base! They are by far the best agency I've dealt with in London. I've had horrible experiences in the past with other management companies and they are truly a breath of fresh air. I feel like they really actually care about my happiness/well-being and everyone I've dealt with has been nothing short of lovely. I tell any of my friends looking to move to east london to work with them as they are the best I've found in my 5 years of renting in east!

Base have been absolutely brilliant during our first landlord experience. Trustworthy and reliable, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Our tenants are super happy too, which is very important to us. Can't recommend them highly enough!

I've been with BASEPS since 2019. They've been fantastic all the way. They did a brilliant full refurb of the flat, which it desperately needed. They've found two great tenants, which is gold - especially considering the pandemic. They are on top of everything, from my end and the tenants. I know the tenants are in good hands and are well-treated. That's also key. They are responsive and available. If something's on my mind, we can chat pronto. Basically they're a dream.

Base Property Specialists has been dealing with the let of my house for past nine years. They are professional, friendly and very easy to talk to. They made the whole process of letting a breeze. They always ensured I was updated on news and that there were no issues that would delay the process. I would recommend Base and would definitely use them in the future.
