A very professional, no hassle approach to being agents. The process to renew the contract at the flat, as well as all maintenance issues have been professionally dealt with and I have had no issues whatsoever. This is very tough to find in London.

I had some plumbing issues during the xmas period which caused much distress. I was so pleased with the service, in particular Kristian took the time to listen to my concerns and get the issue fixed very quickly. Thank you so much!
