The staff at base property specialists are very knowledgeable and resourceful. They have the gift of selecting the most suitable tenants for my property. They are quick to attend to any problems on the property, thus relieving me of landlord-associated headaches. They are easily reachable and approachable. I am sure that they are the best.

I've let my property out with base now for almost 10 years now for one simple reason. They are the best!! Always available to help and solve any issues that might pop up. Most importantly is that they find tenants that are reliable and very respectful to my property. Keep up the great work !!!

I can’t recommend Base enough. Friendly, efficient, user friendly, responsive and always provide sensible advice. Everything you could want from your agent. More than anything I feel like my property is in safe hands with them.

Base are an exceptional property agency. I happen to be an estate agent too and in all my dealing with this company and its team, I always feel like people are going above and beyond to provide an outstanding service and most importantly, they really CARE. Keep up the amazing work team!
Reply from Base Property Specialists: Vicky thanks for taking the time to post a review. To have validation like this from a fellow agent we admire means so much!
Base have been fantastic right from from start. The total opposite of our previous, absolutely horrendous "management" experience which amounted to money for nothing (and nightmare tenants), they are pro-active, transparent, honest, efficient, professional and friendly. Could not recommended more.
Reply from Base Property Specialists: Stu thanks for your kind words. We work hard to deliver exactly this experience- so it’s great to see it delivered & appreciated.
