Jumped through all of the hoops required to even get a viewing on a property that we offered to put an application in for. Told 'no,' that we needed to register - which we did - and later found out that we weren't even notified that viewings were even taking place: missing out on our dream property. We had been told on the phone that viewings hadn't even gone into the diary yet, and would be notified when they did. We weren't notified and had to find out by doing our own sleuthing. My partner and I both called the office to ascertain what had happened and received two different answers: one a rather rude response claiming it was our fault. Had a viewing booked for 13:50 30/10/21 and this was confirmed via email several times and by text message then at 13:30 I received a text message saying my 13:15 viewing had been counselled because they was stuck in traffic!... when calling the office they said their was never an appointment at that time, confused? Me to! Absolutely fuming not only have they wasted my time but I spent over a hour trading to the viewing not happy with the service... just be careful of there muppetsNegativeQuality
It's just a JOKE. Especially for young adults. don't recommend at all. They cancelled our viewing saying they called me but they didn't had any answers... ( I didn't get any call not message) and we took another appointment, no news... No landlord... Really useless from the very beginning to the very end. No need the answer about how surprise you are Belvoir. Because no I won't call to discuss unfortunately it's our experience and I have to at least be true to honest people that needs help and warm them that you are waste of time.
Not sure how so highly rated. Whilst building repair service is quite good actual dealing with agency is terrible. Moving into my property documents had wrong names on documents took 4 months to get my name on the electric bills so I could pay. Inventory missed major cracks in the walls and flat was filthy when I moved in despite ‘professional cleaning’. In a 2 bedroom property only issued one key fob, told I need to pay for a second, when I agree to pay and try to get extra fob I keep getting stuck between belvoir, the leaseholder and building management. Avoid renting with belvoir if you can.
I am very disappointed with the disgraceful attitude shown by Karlaya Mae today. Not only did she lie through her teeth about almost everything but she failed to apologise for forgetting our viewing which was only booked yesterday! To clarify, I am 100% you did not stop to look to check if we were waiting with the concierge. The person we now know was you marched through the reception after a previous viewing without even breaking stride to check if somebody was waiting for the planned appointment (we showed up 10 minutes early, you were actually late as you have admitted). To compound this you have lied repeatedly about trying to contact me throughout the day. The message you left told me to contact you if the appointment was no longer needed - so much for that. The only other contact I received was an email confirming the viewing! Overall Belvoir have been a shambles, however I would like to thank the guy who tried to sort out the issue on the phone.
I don't know how you managed to get 5 starts, removing bad comments maybe. Because for someone who came outside of UK to rent property, Belvoir couldn't help nor via emails nor via making viewing. Arrived at set time, and our appointment got cancelled without us receiving any calls of emails for confirmation. (Even tho they told that they tried to reach but no answer, which is lies). At second appointment (that we got by going straight to this place), the landlord haven't even showed up and we got nothing from trying to contact company. The moral of this is, don't waste time on them, the whole 5 star nonsense is clearly made with bots of some sort.
