I don't know how you managed to get 5 starts, removing bad comments maybe. Because for someone who came outside of UK to rent property, Belvoir couldn't help nor via emails nor via making viewing. Arrived at set time, and our appointment got cancelled without us receiving any calls of emails for confirmation. (Even tho they told that they tried to reach but no answer, which is lies). At second appointment (that we got by going straight to this place), the landlord haven't even showed up and we got nothing from trying to contact company. The moral of this is, don't waste time on them, the whole 5 star nonsense is clearly made with bots of some sort.
I can say they are slow in dealing with tenants aspects like maintenance, it takes ages for them to get a response and sometimes they do not provide a satisfactory response. It is a real disappointment...

Generally disappointed with the service (or lack of) I've been getting from Belvoir. They never seem to be helpful even with minor issues or queries. Since moving in to the property I've had a lot of noise disturbance (day and night) from nuisance neighbours living above me. Upon reporting the issue to Belvoir on several occasions, they seemed to not care and basically told me that nothing can be done about it. The noise was so bad at times that I had to ask the neighbours myself to keep it down, which of course, had no affect.
