Had a viewing booked for 13:50 30/10/21 and this was confirmed via email several times and by text message then at 13:30 I received a text message saying my 13:15 viewing had been counselled because they was stuck in traffic!... when calling the office they said their was never an appointment at that time, confused? Me to! Absolutely fuming not only have they wasted my time but I spent over a hour trading to the viewing not happy with the service... just be careful of there muppetsNegativeQuality
