Jumped through all of the hoops required to even get a viewing on a property that we offered to put an application in for. Told 'no,' that we needed to register - which we did - and later found out that we weren't even notified that viewings were even taking place: missing out on our dream property. We had been told on the phone that viewings hadn't even gone into the diary yet, and would be notified when they did. We weren't notified and had to find out by doing our own sleuthing. My partner and I both called the office to ascertain what had happened and received two different answers: one a rather rude response claiming it was our fault.
