Not sure how so highly rated. Whilst building repair service is quite good actual dealing with agency is terrible. Moving into my property documents had wrong names on documents took 4 months to get my name on the electric bills so I could pay. Inventory missed major cracks in the walls and flat was filthy when I moved in despite ‘professional cleaning’. In a 2 bedroom property only issued one key fob, told I need to pay for a second, when I agree to pay and try to get extra fob I keep getting stuck between belvoir, the leaseholder and building management. Avoid renting with belvoir if you can.

Some of this issues noted were dealt with at the time of move in, where admin errors by training staff had caused miss prints, the staff involved did receive full re -raining and a process update brought in to help avoid such issues.
