Very unprofessional. Chose wrong tenants who ruined our property. Left holes in our ceiling and took no responsibility for it. Had to change our agent. Let down by them. Stay away

I’d like to personally highlight a supposed senior member of staff Gary that will prioritise personal friendships rather than following protocol for renting a property Also it is to be brought to everyone’s attention that wishes to engage with this letting agency that they will make up false narratives about the property no longer being available based on your name and “look” which may not be deemed appropriate for you to rent a property from them I’d highly advise to read the other reviews which echo a similar sentiment and avoid this company at all cost to void any further disappointment and overall implied notion of the agency not following an equality protocol either

Been in my property 2 years & reported over 5 things that need repairing & not one thing has been done. Mould & damp causing my front room wall to Start peeling off & is now bare brick & none there seems to be interested in sorting it just keep getting people sent round to do quotes over the past year. JOKE

Tried to book to view properties to buy. They are so rude, sounds like he just got up from a nap. Will never purchase any of their properties based on customer service alone. Disgusting.

They don’t deserve any star at all. They fixed a viewing for me since last week and even sent a reminder two days ago. Only for me to get here and they said it not in their calendar and I had to walk down here, I’m 8 months pregnant.

I was trying to help a friend with hearing difficulties and they couldn't even manage an email without some pushing. Talk about not knowing how to do you job. As I was just the middle man for my friend and they where lacking in professionalism and without even checking references or doing anything rejected said friend before even getting reference details

Hi Shane, the email address we were provided bounced back several times which is why the email did not come through the first time. Due to the high level of interest on the property, we sent out a lot of application forms and as soon as we receive a holding fee we have to cancel any further applications. Awful. First they gave me the wrong door number so I knocked on the door and was greeted by a lady who had no idea what was going on! Then the man showing us around turned up half an hour late, no greeting, no apology just walked towards the door of the property next door! So I said to him "you're a bit late mate" and he really didn't care! Not impressed at all! Bad service all round.

Absolutely disgracefull what Belvoir Leicester staff and Dr Shah the landlord and his familly put us through in the 8 years we rented from them! Failure to complete repairs multiple times forcing us to get Oadby and wigston council involved 4 seperate times in 8 years including, Having to repair the cooker in the property ourselves. Failure to re-decorate after multiple floods in the property(leaving us with water damaged walls for over 2 years). Leaving us with tools and debris in the loft after carrying out a boiler replacement, including sharp metal cutting disks and huge off cuts of pipe with jagged edges, destroyed some stored familly items at the same time. Turning up at the property without 24hours notice harassing a familly member with mental health issues, inducing an accute anxiety attack and months of depression and anxiety all logged with our GP! Leaving us with windows we could not open due to rendering on the outside of building crumbling and fowling it up. windows we could not close and secure at all forcing us to not be able to leave the property unattended for over 6mths, huge 2 inch gaps in the windows, seals falling out of 70 percent of the windows in the propertry causiing rain to entering and rendering it impossible for us to have any belongings near windows or cills. They constantly lied and tried to blame it on us not allowing them access to quote or repair! I mean why would we report something that is having an ill effect on us then not allow entry seriously!?, they could not even be bothered to dream up a good lie. Thankfully at least one person has some integrity at Belvoir because they confirmed to the council we had allowed access 100 percent of the time with 24hrs notice. In the end Oadby and wigston council had to negotiate an early tenancy ending to get us out of a house that was not fit to live in. (all of which is logged with the above mentioned council and available for public access on request) And finally Belvoir lettings party trick the old lets try rob the deposit, becauce you no it just was not quite up to Belvoir form without was it?? All in all probably the worst experience in our lives thanks to Bhavna Odedra and her band of theives,crooks,liars and down right bullies.
