Awful. First they gave me the wrong door number so I knocked on the door and was greeted by a lady who had no idea what was going on! Then the man showing us around turned up half an hour late, no greeting, no apology just walked towards the door of the property next door! So I said to him "you're a bit late mate" and he really didn't care! Not impressed at all! Bad service all round.
