It's been 7 days we reported about a repair but they didn’t take any action. When we call they just trying to convince with some excuses. What a poor sevice of maintenance department, even they Don't share landlords contact details. We reported, mailed, called, contacted online help but in vain. Beaware to go with them @ Belvoir Leicester

We were served by an agent named Jitu, and unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. First, he was late for the scheduled viewing on Saturday and didn’t even inform us. In fact, he arrived only after we had already finished viewing the property — the current tenant kindly let us in and showed us the flat themselves. When we spoke again on Monday, Jitu didn’t allow us to proceed with the letting application. He told us we each needed to earn over £22,000 to qualify for a flat that costs £610 per month for two people. I explained that we were willing to pay several months’ rent in advance and that we also had a guarantor. Still, it felt like he had already decided not to give us a chance from the start. In fact, it seemed like he genuinely didn’t want us to apply at all. His attitude made me feel unwelcome and unfairly judged — to the point where it came across as slightly discriminatory. The way he questioned everything we said and dismissed our efforts without consideration made the whole experience uncomfortable. When I asked for the letting application form, he simply said, “I’ll think about it and get back to you.” That felt highly unprofessional. Two hours later, I received a message saying that the landlord had already chosen someone else — even though the flat isn’t available until the 17th of next month. He also asked inappropriate questions and responded to everything I said with skepticism, as if doubting my every word. I’ve never experienced anything like this with any other agency. In summary: very poor service, unprofessional conduct, and behavior that made us feel unfairly treated. BEWARE - This is a scam agency. They take deposit money from people showing fake properties and you will never see the money again. I was the guarantor for my family friends who were messed around for the last 2 weeks with the promise of handing over the key. This never happened and they refuse to return the refund. I was initially dealing with Bhavna then passed on to Justin who laughed at me and said my name is not on the Guarantor form so he cant talk to me, so no refund. DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENT TO THIS ESTATE AGENCY We will be escalating this further and do what ever it takes to bring down fake estate agents like Belvoir Leicester.

Rented a house a few years back for 4 years. The lady who worked in the Leicester branch in town was always so foul, rude and awful that we nicknamed her Ursula. Repairs or contacting the Landlord always seemed too much trouble, requests took ages, the general attitude of the people on the phones stunk! Thank god I now pay a mortgage and not someone else's anymore but to be fair i think most letting agencies are the same, absolutely rubbish!

Such an awful estate agents. I scheduled a viewing for an apartment, confirmed it a couple days before via phone call. I arrived at the property to nobody there, I called Belvoir to be told they accepted an applicant the day before, no cancellation email or phone call. What a waste of time.
