Terrible letting agent, make you wait 1 week for an appointment then resedule the appointment twice then call you the morning of your appointment to cancel it.

Terrible service! Unhelpful, rude and refuse to accept the mistakes made by themselves. Seems like no one knows what they're doing and always have to "get back to you" with the answer, which is never done.

Absolutly awful agents. Would give them zero stars if possible. Take so much money off you for unnecessary things. When I moved out they actually charged me for them to complete the moving out checks which are mandatory. So many hidden charges with renting. But if I had any problems with my flat they were nowhere to be seen. Had a leak in the ceiling of my flat for the 2 years I was living there and they did not seem to care. Everytime we called or emailed to complain about it they acted as if they had never heard about it before. They really don't care about their tenants, just there to take as much money as possible. No customer service and staff are rude and ignorant. Worst letting agents I've ever experienced.
