If you unfortunately have to deal with this company, be prepared to get harassed. They will do everything in or not in their power to make sure money is squeezed out of you. An absolute disgrace to this profession.

Not to be trust .... got my property for 4 months and booked 9 viewings but only 6 turn up of which 4 we need to do it ourselves and they started giving us feedback for people who didnt turn up and when started questioning they said they got feedback wrong on different properties....also be careful on signing contract as they try to hold of ur property for long and then once contract signed then I didnt even get any calls for 2 weeks and then I have to follow up and then they got some excuses .... at last I have to wait for 4 months and then kick them out as they turned our to be useless

A company with an ethos to profit out of peoples misfortune. Staff are equally morally misguided and incredibly rude on the telephone.

Very dodgy company indeed unable and unwilling to provide any evidence (invoices) of any supposed searches or work they say they've undertaken.

same as all above reviews total disgrace to the legal profession - i'm a client with a ground rent dispute but living outside of the U.K missed payment due to sale of ground rent without prior notice between 2 parties. Phoned to resolve and after conversation with Dan Thornton who was ENTIRELY UNREASONABLE looks like i will be paying £450+ in additional charges for the sending of a single templated letter..UTTERLY DISGUSTING...AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I don’t recommend! I was very disappointed about this agency because,the agents tells you something and after that doesn’t make anything! Normally they had to refund us some money for 15days because,we moved earlyer than we normally should...because the landlord was sick...they told us that will refund the money. When I called them to refund the money they said “sorry you have to speak with your ex landlord to refund the money”. I asked then: Why you said then than you guarantee the refund. Charlie’s response was: “Sorry”!

Absolutely disgusted with their service and how they treat people. They have been harassing me for over 5 years now ! I'm keeping repeating myself every year with the proof I have! Disgrace! They should not be trading !!
