Hilbery Chaplin Residential - Laindon

Many thanks to Chris in the Laindon office for his invaluable advice recently. Couldn't have been more helpful and wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services to others.

Can highly recommend Hilbery Chaplin, Ingatestone. We have sold our house through them with completion this Friday. Thoroughly professional from start to finish with a friendly personal attitude towards us something that is very lacking in a lot of professions in this day. They handled the viewings for us and always gave feed back very quickly.

The best estate agents I've ever dealt with- they always call back when they say they will and have been really helpful and polite - a nice change from most estate agents- highly recommend!

Hilbery Chaplin offers an excellent service, professional, knowledgeable and approachable. I would highly recommend Hilbery Chaplin.

Fantastic team at Laindon. All very friendly and helpful. Calls taken straight away and even if the team is busy a message is taken and someone will call you back ASAP. Paul is a very professional and courteous person helping us get our property on the market, all the team where great with viewings and Corrine was amazing, helping us getting to exchange and complete. If you are looking to sell your house... This is the team to do it! Thanks so much

Ian kept us up to date throughout the long and stressful process, making sure we were advised every step of the way, with where we were at any given time. Liaising with all in the chain, not just "his" client. He was always on hand and if …

I have bought and sold properties with Hilbery Chaplin and found that both sides of the transactions were dealt is a very professional and efficient manner. The staff offered me an excellent service and were courteous and very friendly at all times. I would have no reservation at all in recommending them to anyone who wishes to sell their property or to seek any advice in a potential purchase in area. Keep up the good work ....Mr A. Baker

I have bought and sold a property through Hilbery Chaplin. My sale was an extremely difficult case and wouldn't have been possible without the help of Chris and Corrine (and Susanne) at the Laindon office. They were very helpful with the solicitors on both sides. The response to emails and constant communication was very frequent from all staff. Additionally to helping with the sale they also recognised that the buyers and myself were real people and went above and beyond what was expected throughout the sale to ensure that no one was left in a difficult personal situation (i.e. no where to stay for a few days). Finally it was just a pleasure dealing with them everyday. Even thought the sale was stressful it was always an enjoyable conversation when I was called about an update which made the whole experience a lot more enjoyable and I will miss the contact. Thank you to all at the office.
