Hilbery Chaplin Residential - Laindon

We recently sold and purchased through Hilbery Chaplin and would advise that we received a high level of service. What was potentially a difficult transaction was handled professional and timely. Good advice was received and we was kept informed regularly of any updates and progress. I have used Hilbery Chaplin on several occasions and they deliver a level of service not usually associated with Estate Agents. Well Done.

The team were very helpful. Corinne played a great role during the post-sale phase, known as the most challenging duration of the entire process. Her calm and professional approach contributed so much to the process especially when there were challenges. I would give her 10 out of 10 and she is an asset to your company. I would just like to thank your agency for a wonderful job done.

Fantastic team at Laindon. All very friendly and helpful. Calls taken straight away and even if the team is busy a message is taken and someone will call you back ASAP. Paul is a very professional and courteous person helping us get our property on the market, all the team where great with viewings and Corrine was amazing, helping us getting to exchange and complete. If you are looking to sell your house... This is the team to do it! Thanks so much

Great software company. Good to do business with them. If you need property management software this is the place to come.

Great handover

Tried multiple different outlets to sell our house and they were very well informed of the market and what to try next. All the staff members were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable of the whole process and put you at ease when issues arise. A special thanks to Lewis who continually chased the chain to keep things moving efficiently.

Close to the town centre, free parking outside the offices. Initial contact was positive.

Great
