Hilbery Chaplin Residential - Laindon

I don’t recommend! I was very disappointed about this agency because, the agents tells you something and after that doesn’t make anything! Normally they had to refund us some money for 15days because,we moved earlyer than we normally should...because the landlord was sick...they told us that will refund the money. When I called them to refund the money they said “sorry you have to speak with your ex landlord to refund the money”. I asked then: Why you said then than you guarantee the refund. Charlie’s response was: “Sorry”!
