Hilbery Chaplin Residential - Laindon

inconsistent, unprofessional, rude and intemidating nature of their services is totally unacceptable.

Horrendous unprofessional rude firm of scammers. Should not be in business

Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Try to get 3800 out of me when taken to the courts judge criticised theunt and threw it out of court. Avoid

Very useless and greedy company.

Awful

I believe this solicitors firm are trying to scam people. I have just received an email chasing ground rent after never receiving the actual bills. When asking for evidence they have refused to provide it. I was spoken to extremely rudely by a John Bucknell who then hung up on me after their email says please discuss this letter with us if you have any difficulty. The £500 addition to the ground rent is what’s added to the difficulty and rather than discuss it I was told pay or face court action all contrary to their email. It’s disgusting.

Awful estate agents Happy to take your money for no support, no communication. They only have high star reviews as they only ask particular clients to review them.
