Professional, friendly and down to earth!

Having bought and sold a few properties in the past i know how much of a pain it can be! our previous 3 purchases were absolute nightmares! We were worried to be honest about selling our one and purchasing another knowing it would be a painful experience... well after a 10 minute meeting with Sam my fears were eased! The price was almost to good to be true as well! So we listed it through Sam and all i can say is we never looked back! Very professional! Every viewing he knew exactly what he was talking about answered every question that the potential buyers asked! He took the time to learn about the house and get its background! Not like most agents who end up asking the vendor or saying "im not sure".... to be honest when we decide to buy or sell again Sam will be the person i call first!

H&C dealt with the sale of my mums property after she had passed away. It has been a very difficult sale, due to third party inadequacies, but I can honestly say that they tried their absolute best to resolve any issues that arose and were unfortunately probably not able to get a quick response at times because they were waiting for a third party response. They are all very polite and professional and I would have no hesitation in using their services again, should the need ever arise.
