Very prompt and pro-active to relieve the burden during our recent move.
We have found Henderson Connellan very helpful with communication and making sure things are of track. They have always obliged to requests to view our home to be to allow us to measure up before the big day etc. We did find things a little pressured in the early days with chasing us up for answers rather go through those we are paying to do this on our behalf but it worked out well in the end. We found Sam, Jessica and Karen very helpful and a credit to the team.
A big thank you to Adam and the team for all the hard work and enthusiasm. Even when things got difficult, they stayed positive and focussed, offering good advice and encouragement all the way. We particularly liked the 'Open House' as it enabled a lot of people to view in a short period of time.
Couldnt find the property I liked on the web site and wasnt ready to call until I'd seen more about it
The service we received as potential buyers was really poor so much so we decided not to increase offer on a house as it was dealt with so badly and thought if this is what is what it’s like trying to buy what will the sales progressing be like ! That’s just our experience and view.
Tried to make enquiries about a property and got a rude response. They seemed entirely unbothered and frustrated. Bad customer service!
