Terrible service from this estate agent and would never rent from them again. The sign up process was nice and easy, got into the property quickly. Few months into the property their was damage outside to property, reported it, estate agent done nothing and closed ticket on their system. Rising damp and mould started to appear everywhere, estate agent again done nothing although 2 of their contractors confirming it was inhabitable. A month later still trying to get my deposit back, nothing from estate agents. They just want your money every month, not to actually help you!! Bad, bad estate agents.

Very poor response from the rental maintenance side FIXFLO. New boiler installed before Christmas 2017. Job was never completed fully and had issues ever since. Nothing but excuses and delays from both H&C and their contractor Gas Solutions. Then told by H&C after waiting nearly 4 months that my issues aren't priority! This verges on ridiculous!

Not what you think!! These "estate agents" work on the basis of two people offering asking price and an auction ensuing. Business ethics of my big toe. These "business people" prey on the desperation of young people to borrow more than they should do for houses that aren't even worth half of what they are up for. Unhelpful, typical estate agents who, in their own words "think of the seller over the buyer" they need to consider that if there were no buyers then they would be out of a job instead of insulting and upsetting the people with the money, regardless of how many buyers you assume there are. Advice to you all try gazundering instead of paying top whack for houses that arent worth half of what the greedy sellers and agents want for them to line their pockets on the back of the buyers misfortune. If these lot were builders they would be classed as rogue traders
