Very disappointed about the way they managed my move out of a property I was renting for 5 year! I was never late paying the rent! I had an issue that the landlord failed to fix for 4 years and in the end the agency was trying to make me pay for it, even though they knew that requests were made for the issue to be fix. Tried to resolve the problem over the phone, never the right person in the office, never got a call back, and when they did answer the phone they were rude!!!

To follow on from our recent conversation's at the end of a tenancy the condition of any property is measured against the Inventory Standard taking into account reasonable " Wear and Tear" as per the condition at the time of move in. Your Landlord is of the opinion that the property does not meet the standards set out above and is taking steps to remedy the points you have been made aware of. Your Deposit is held with the Deposit Protection Service who offer an arbitration process, if you are not in agreement with the points discussed and highlighted. Terrible customer service. We were looking for house and we found one through this agency, everything was ok till we got email saying to pay fees and fill out paper work in next 10min we had a phone call, that we cannot rent the house anymore as they done mistake and actually is rented to somebody else. Nobody tried to help us find new one and nobody even apologized.

Not happy with the services we received from them went to see a property on Tuesday we were really interested we wanted to take the propert she was going to talk to the landlord and let us know she promised us going to give us a call back After 3 days me calling them they come up with the property is rent out is not good enough

You stated you were looking for an unfurnished home, we did explain before and during the viewing, the property was being let fully furnished, there were a number of parties viewing the property and multiple offers came forward for the property from those prospective tenants. The Landlord decided to proceed with another tenant who wanted to take the property furnished. We hope we can further assist you in your search In the future . we asked for a two year term after previous letting landlord was not vetted on her finance and went bankrupt between Christmas and new year only 5 months in to a tenancy.
