Excellent service from start to finish. What sets this company apart from others is the personalised professional care they take with clients during all aspects of the process. I have felt very well looked after by Sawyer and Co. Bob Beaken was a great support throughout.

Have used Sayer & co HOVE twice now. Once to buy and once to sell. And both times i have found them incredibly professional and HONEST. Bob Beaken kept me informed as to the progress of the sale. I was on holiday in the USA. So it was important to me to be kept informed. As i couldn’t just pop in the office. Would definitely recommend this Agency. Also Simon Lemke valued my Apartment. I obviously wanted more and he told me i was not going to get that price. Obviously he was right. Did not go into the estate agent speak of I can get you this i can sell it for that. Was completely honest and told it as it is. which is what you want to hear. Joan Bussey.

Really impressed with all the help from Danica and Mia. I recently had to move due to mould in my old flat, and they made the process of renting a new flat really easy. Communication was great and would definitely recommend.
