This time I needed their rental service which has been 5 star from the initial consultation, thoughout the process of finding a tenant and all the paperwork involved. Chris, Danika and Mia were all brilliant and I was delighted with the smooth and efficient way that they all operate seamlessly together. I have generally found my own tenants prior to this but I will use Sawyer and Co every time from now on without hesitation. My partner and I had a very negative experience previously with a different letting agent. So naturally we are quite apprehensive and have low expectations. Fortunately Sawyer and Co manage our current flat, and we have never felt more grateful. Jess is our property manager and she is so helpful and kind. It’s also clear that the property is well maintained and cared for. It’s clean, there’s no mould, damp or botch jobs!
