This is the first time we have rented a property from Sawyer & Co. The service we have received has been exceptional. From meeting Mia on viewing the property to having our referencing overseen by Jess. The patience, kindness & professionalism we have received has been a breath of fresh air. Our agent Mia B went above and beyond for us and thanks to her we were able to move into the house we wanted. She never made us feel rushed, liaised properly and promptly. She was really 5* and we met with A LOT of agents but she truly stood out. Thank you ever so much.

We dealt with Mia Boothby and she was excellent. Strong communication and felt like an advocate for tenant as well as landlord. Also seems like she cares about her job and her clients. Would definitely recommend

We engaged Sawyers to sell a flat in the summer and the process was completed swiftly and very professionally. Would definitely use them again. Huge thanks to Kieran Carter for the pre-sale process and to Bob Beakin who took over after sale agreed - he was a force of nature and very instrumental in pushing it over the line.

I never really wanted to be a landlord and was forced into the situation by unfortunate circumstances post the Grenfell Tower disaster. However, right from the off, the team at Sawyer & Co provided me with excellent guidance. Initially, Ceri helped me to market my property. Throughout the tenancy, Rosie has shown a lot of professionalism and patience when managing my property which hasn't always been easy as I am a shared owner of my flat which means that Rosie has also found herself liaising with the housing association and the building management company. Finally, I would like to applaud Jess' enthusiasm and determination in getting all of the paperwork signed with my most recent tenants. A huge thanks to all of you!
