I have sold many houses in the past and I can honestly say this company is miles above the rest . Chris Sawyer came out to value the house and I felt very confident he would do a brilliant job and Bob Beaken has kept in touch throughout the whole process. He’s very down to earth easy to talk to and really knows what he’s doing . From someone who has used dozens of estate agents over the years I can honestly say they are the best !! Chris Sawyer and his team at Sawyer & CO have been great on our recent sale. Bob Beaken led the team on Chris's behalf and could not have been better at initially setting a market price and negotiating well to achieve it. Selecting a good buyer who although difficult and demanding delivered paying the asking price. He kept us informed of our sale and our buyers keeping the short chain alive.

Lucy was great at communicating, very friendly and approachable. She also kept us calm when we were getting stressed and quickly solved an issues we had. I would highly recommend.

Friendly and competent service provided by this agency. Any issue we had in our 12 month stay was always quickly replied to try and resolve. Linda the property manager was a great help between us and the landlord and I would be happy choosing them over other letting agents in the future.

We have been really impressed with Sawyer & Co as upcoming tenants.
