I have been with Sawyers for some years now and can't fault the service they have given me. They have just managed a tenancy changeover with their usual efficiency. The previous tenant has left satisfied and with most of his deposit returned, whilst new tenants have been secured very quickly. Specifically, both Jess Fowler and Tracey Lewis have both been excellent and enabled a very smooth transition with the minimum of fuss. Sawyers are probably the best letting agent in Brighton and also importantly, at least to me, they seem to treat their staff very well which translates to them giving an excellent customer service. A seemingly obvious cause and effect which appears to elude some of the competition.
