The proactive Lettings team, at Sawyers go above and beyond expectations providing an excellent service. From first reaching out to them they provided honest advice on how to get my property ready for market (even recommending local tradesmen). Their rental valuation was realistic and, when it came to signing up, the various letting services on offer were explained clearly so I knew what I was getting into. Marketing photographs taken were professional as was the property description and online detail sheet. I was notified of every viewing and feedback on each one was providing promptly. Within 5 days of going on the market I'd found suitable tenants. I am genuinely impressed with these guys and highly recommend them!

Estate agents come with a bit of a reputation - and in many cases, based on my extensive experience, it is warranted. But I found Sawyer and Co to be that bit more professional and sincere than their city rivals. Specifically, Simon Lemcke, who does not present as a 'salesman', was the reason we chose to sell with them. I don't like a sales pitch, simply giving answers to our questions for the sake of an answer, and the general waffle one has to experience throughout the buying and selling process. I am a straight-talker, am very detailed in my thinking, and appreciate honest, meant customer service. I felt we received this from Sawyer and Co, and if we were to buy/sell again next month I'd go straight back to Simon and his team. It's a tough market out there is this thriving city, and all agencies have a few agents that don't give you much confidence, but overall I was happy with the handling of our property sale, so much so that I thought it merited a review. As someone who works in customer service, I appreciate a job well done.

Chris Sawyer and his company have a solid reputation locally and for good reason. Previously I'd used other letting agents and had not been a happy landlord, so I decided to give Sawyer & Co a try. Chris is obviously knowledgeable but equally as important he is approachable. I have to report the team I worked with Esme, Kerry-Anne, Irene, Ceri and the wonderful Mia all take a leaf out of his book. In addition to this they were very efficient. I would like to recommend property manager Linda Still She is very dedicated and works extremely hard for her landlords to get things done and for her company. Always professional and charming to deal with, takes time in her busy day, to listen to problems, a good communicator and a great manager to have on board with Sawyer.Co lettings, they should be very proud and happy as she is a great asset for any company to have.

We rented a flat for two years through Sawyer & Co and we had a great experience from the very first interaction. Mia was very helpful and resourceful throughout the beginning process and walked us through all our options. After renting we dealt with Tracey for everything relating to the flat, renewing the contract etc. and she was fantastic. Very helpful and always prompt to respond to our questions and concerns. The measure of a good agent is not getting a simple sale done easily, but instead how a complex and difficult sale is handled. I have used Sawyer's for some years in various capacities and have always been satisfied. My recent sale with them was however far from straightforward but Simon and especially Bob spent huge amounts of time and effort bringing it to completion. We had a very good experience dealing with Sawyer & Co. The communication with Mia was always easy and smooth and she was friendly and professional at the same time. We also dealt with Jess who came to meet us at the property. Straight away I had a good feeling as she welcomed us with a lovely warm smile. Jess was patient while we took some measurements and went around the property for our second visit. In addition she was extremely helpful with regards to the key collection; she went above and beyond her responsibility which was really appreciated. Thank you girls !!!
