Cerys was great and communicative through the viewing process and Mia has just been wonderful getting us sorted and ready to move in. The only thing we found not so good was the referencing system (Goodlord) but everything that Sawyer & Co did was brilliant

I recently let another property through Sawyers. Kerry-Anne worked hard and late to get the property on the market before the weekend and two days later the property was snapped up by very high quality applicants on the 2nd viewing (which was very profesionally managed/negotiated by Cerys) at a good rent. As ever at Sawyers, the whole team are hungry for success, whoever you speak to wants to help solve any problem (thank you Esme and Mia) and they truly make things happen. This is a superlative Estate Agents who I cannot recommend highly enough.

I recommend Sawyer and Co so highly as property management agents. We initially had 1 property with Sawyer and a further 3 were with another agency who were not managing our properties at all. We have now moved all 4 properties to be under Sawyer and Co and their professionalism and service is fantastic. Linda, our property manager, is an absolute star and has handled the transition brilliantly going above and beyond her duties and always keeping us in the loop with communications between tenants.
