Kerry-Anne worked hard and late to get the property on the market before the weekend and two days later the property was snapped up by very high quality applicants on the 2nd viewing (which was very profesionally managed/negotiated by Cerys) at a good rent. As ever at Sawyers, the whole team are hungry for success, whoever you speak to wants to help solve any problem (thank you Esme and Mia) and they truly make things happen. This is a superlative Estate Agents who I cannot recommend highly enough.
