We had a 5 star experience with Robert Oulsnams, Ben, Kelly and the team handled viewings, took great photographs and had to deal with a very unique case. On a number of occasions there were issues with the process and Ben stepped in and sorted everything out for us. We got there in the end! Thanks alot for all your help!

Sold my house with Oulsnam Hagley Road three weeks ago. I personally had a pleasant experience in dealing with Ben. He advised us the best sale package, took very attractive pics and advertised the property in appealing way. The sale was agreed in days. Ben was also indirectly dealing with my upward chain. There were some demanding timescales with my purchase, but Ben managed to aligned my sale and purchase in the efficient way. It is safe to say that Ben's personal involvement has made my sale and purchase a stress free experience. I couldn't recommend him enough. Robert Oulsnam's sold our property very quickly and did a great job in dealing with solicitors and our buyer and vendor in what was quite a challenging transaction. Ben in particular, was very helpful in overseeing the process and keeping us updated and applying a bit of pressure when we asked him to.
