I recently purchased a house with the Bearwood branch. Although I dealt mainly with Jenna, every staff member I was in contact with was very helpful and polite. Jenna who managed my purchase was excellent. Easily contactable, answered any queries promptly and dealt with any issues quickly. My house purchase went through very quickly without any major problems. I would definitely use this branch again for if I needed an estate agent. Highly recommended!

From the moment we decided to have the house valued, the agents were commited, professional and strived for perfection in the photographs taken. We decided that we didn't want to put the house on the market until a later date - the agents were fully understanding and when we contacted them a few months later, they were fully supportive in arranging viewings etc to sell the house. Our house sold within one week, we worked with Jenna in completing all the necessary arrangements to ensure we exchanged and completed the sale successfully. Unfortunately, there were many problems along the way from the two people above us in the chain. Jenna was so supportive and really went above and beyond her job description - reassuring the purchasers of our house and working incredibly hard to ensure things were going the right way for our new house. Impressive level of service and support in the marketing and ultimate sale of my property. From the very first time I walked into the office until the sale completed they acted in an extremely professional manner whilst remaining friendly and informative. I could not have asked for more.
