We sold our house last year through Oulsnam. They were brilliant from the start - when Ben arrived it was clear that he knew the area inside and out, had done research on our specific house and had a clear view of the best way to market the property. The house sold immediately as it went onto the market (and this was despite Oulsnam giving us the highest valuation of all the agents we saw)! Oulsnam (Jenna in particular) also managed our buyer really well through the process - without us having to do anything at all. We've moved out of the area now, but for anyone looking to sell in the Bearwood area, we couldn't recommend them more highly.

Friendly and professional. When Ben make the first visit to value my property he took his shoes off without having to be asked. This immediately impressed me. He understood my desire for the house to be sold to a family not a developer (unlike other estate agents in the area). All the staff in this branch go the extra mile at all times, always on time for appointments, efficient with paperwork and always returned phone calls promptly. They work as a team. My house sold within 48 hours and that is because they ensure that they only send viewers who are genuinely interested in purchasing your property. They also perfectly understood my requirements for my new home, so I did not waste time viewing anything unsuitable. This branch was recommended by a friend who had recently moved and I would have no hesitation in recommending them too.

We would thoroughly recommend Oulsnam in Bearwood. We recently moved house and purchased our property through Oulsnam’s office on Hagley Road. The team there were friendly, professional, pro-active and couldn’t have been more helpful. Unlike with other estate agents we’ve used, it felt like they really got to know us and genuinely wanted to find us the perfect family home, which they did and we couldn’t be happier. Our only regret was that we didn’t sell out previous property through them, but we certainly would next time… although we don’t plan to move for the foreseeable future thanks to Team Oulsnam!

The team at Bearwood office are very friendly and approachable, as well as being utterly professional in their field. They regularly updated me on what was happening and I was able to secure a fast and smooth sale on my property. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone. My main dealings were with Ben and Jenna who were very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I had.

Professional and informed service

The Hagley Road branch dealt with the sale of our house. Ben dealt with the valuation and was the point of contact during the negotiation of the sale. He was very good to talk to about values and offers. In particular, there was no pressure to accept any offer at any price; rather, the offers could be discussed sensibly so that we could make a decision we were happy with. The photos on the marketing brochure were well taken too, and showed the house to its best.

Customer service was a bit below average. Its tones for me, if I call and speak to you polite I expect the same!
