Sarah was very polite and had great character kept me up to date all the way and nothing was to much trouble. I didn’t win the bid but the experience none the less thanks to Sarah was amazing lovely lady, polite and I wish her all the very best for the future a great asset to Robert Oulsnam, hope they look after her she is a great team member and really understands how to provide a great service to the public. It’s nice to be important but more important to be nice and this is what exactly Sarah is a real pleasure thank you.
